Dry Storage-Winter Season

November 1 to April 30
Inside Storage$16 per foot per month
Inside Storage heated$18 per foot per month
Outside Storage on trailer$11 per foot per month
Outside Storage on poppits/rack$10 per foot per month (24' and under)
Winter Slip$11 per foot per month (at owners own risk)
*Boats larger then 25' or that have a unique shape will be charged depending on available space.
*Boats will be charged initially for the 6 months. If boat is here longer then 15 days after the reservation is expired the vessel will accumulate additional charges.

Additional Winter Charges

*All boats staying at the Tahoe Keys Marina for winter storage are required to have shrink-wrap. Except for boats in the water, but it is strongly suggested.
Shrink wrap dust cover$5 per foot
Shrink wrap outside24' or smaller $10 per foot + $60 snow shed
25' to 39' $15 per foot + $75 snow shed
40' and larger $20 per foot + $80 snow shed
Boats in water to be Announced
*Winter stored boats are still responsible for Water Quality Control and Dredging fee.

*Winterization, Summerization, and service to boats will need to be done by Walker Marine (530)-541-8541. Appointments are required.

All rates subject to change. Payment in full is due prior to the start of the reservation.
